The Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) Office is thrilled to offer “DEIB Learning and Affinity + Alliance Groups” for Upper Division students each week. Students self-select into offerings that resonate with them. By participating in these groups, students deepen their understanding of diverse perspectives, gaining valuable insights into both their own and others’ lived experiences. This work is essential as we advance Park’s mission to foster equity, inclusion, and belonging across our school—reflecting our commitment to a diverse, inclusive, and compassionate school environment.

The groups are requested by students and supported by Upper Division faculty and additional faculty and staff volunteers from across The School. The AmazeWorks Middle School Curriculum fosters students’ social-emotional skills through the lens of anti-bias education. The program offers a supplemental video and discussion-based curriculum. Since launching in early October, these groups have been an invaluable resource, allowing students to build connections, offer mutual support, and explore topics that matter to them. Click here to view this year’s group offerings.
